Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites—primarily on WordPress, with occasional projects on Shopify, Wix, or Webflow.
  • Create corporate-level UI/UX designs using Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD, ensuring brand consistency and a polished look.
  • Execute fast design iterations for SMEs while maintaining high design standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including corporate clients, SMEs, and marketing teams, to refine UI/UX and web functionalities.
  • Translate design mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect websites.
  • Optimize, troubleshoot, and debug website issues across various platforms.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Strong design skills in UI/UX with expertise in Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD (aesthetic sense is crucial).

  • DNS and server management experience.

Project Coordinator
1-3 years | Full-time

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with a background in Information Technology or Web Development , either through education or work experience. The ideal candidate should quickly grasp technical details, have 1–3 years of experience in IT Project Management, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactiveness, and attention to detail .

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing projects related to website and software/web application development , including some technical coordination for hosting and domain setup . You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, work with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope .

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and estimates , ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate project teams, third parties, and vendors across multiple time zones.
  • Manage scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate project management techniques.
  • Assist with technical setups during project kick-off , including:
  • Basic domain and DNS configuration.
  • Coordinating hosting setup (cPanel, Plesk, SSL).
  • Setting up staging and live environments with the development team.
  • Work with designers and developers to ensure smooth deployment of websites and applications.
  • Document project progress , including requirement specs, UAT reports, and delivery reports.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously (up to 50 projects at once or more).
  • Conduct basic functionality and website testing before final handover.
  • Respond promptly to client requests, messages, and calls.
  • Assist in identifying upsell opportunities for maintenance, hosting, and domain renewals , and inform sales.
  • Collaborate effectively with design, development, and sales to ensure seamless project execution.

Technical Requirements

Some hands-on experience or understanding of:

  • Website development platforms (WordPress, CMS, Figma, Photoshop).
  • Basic software development concepts (PHP, Python – not coding, but understanding workflows).
  • Hosting and infrastructure management (AWS, VPS, cPanel, Plesk, DNS, hosting, domain & SSL setups).
  • Basic troubleshooting for web hosting, email setups, and deployment coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, IT, or web development roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Liason with China clients).

Sales Development Representative
1-3 years | Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing web agency. This role combines lead outreach, CRM coordination, and sales administration to support our business development efforts and keep the pipeline moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cold call, email, messaging and LinkedIn outreach based on sales strategies
  • Set appointments to conduct sales meetings
  • Maintain CRM data: update pipeline statuses, log client activities, and ensure record accuracy
  • Coordinate follow-ups and send reminders to prospects for renewals or meeting
