Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable Finance & Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operational finance tasks including invoicing, renewal tracking, expense entry, and payment tracking.

This role supports the internal workflow between Sales, Operations, and Finance, ensuring invoices are issued promptly and financial records remain organized.

The position is part-time and remote, suitable for candidates with basic accounting or bookkeeping experience who are looking for a stable, long-term working arrangement.

Initial responsibilities will focus primarily on billing operations, with potential scope expansion after the probation period.
