The recommended annual credit allocation will depend on website complexity, business-critical functions, expected support volume, reporting requirements, hosting setup, required response window, and whether the website is managed by multiple vendors or teams.

Premium Support Coverage

Priority Support Hours

For urgent and critical website matters, our target response time is within 1–2 hours from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, between 9:00 AM and 11:59 PM.

Issues raised between 12:00 AM and 8:59 AM will be handled on a best-effort basis unless a separate support arrangement is agreed in writing.

Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Any remedial work carried out outside standard business hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays, will be deducted at 2x the usual maintenance credit rate.

The response target refers to the initial response, assessment and commencement of investigation. It is not a guaranteed resolution time.

The actual resolution timeline will depend on the issue, hosting access, third-party dependencies, plugin vendors, infrastructure limitations and whether additional remediation work is required.

Uptime Monitoring

For Premium / Proactive Maintenance clients, we will set up uptime monitoring to check whether the website is down or inaccessible.

If an issue is detected, an alert will be routed to our support team for review.

For urgent or critical matters, our team will assess the issue and carry out reasonable investigation or stabilisation steps based on the agreed arrangement and available maintenance credits.

Uptime monitoring helps identify website accessibility issues earlier. However, it does not guarantee that downtime, security incidents or third-party issues can always be prevented or resolved immediately.

Dedicated Urgent Support Channel

Premium / Proactive Maintenance clients will have access to a dedicated WhatsApp hotline for urgent and critical website matters.

Yes. We support takeover and non-Webdorks websites, subject to an initial technical review.

Takeover websites may require more careful handling because they can include:

  • All support work performed will be deducted from the available maintenance credits.
  • Maintenance credits are deducted based on time spent reviewing, investigating, coordinating, implementing, testing and reporting on support matters.
  • Work performed outside standard business hours will be deducted at 2x the usual maintenance credit rate.
  • Additional review time may be required for takeover websites due to existing plugins, hosting limitations, legacy code or previous vendor customisations.
  • Where an issue requires substantial work, we will advise before proceeding where reasonably possible.
  • Website maintenance helps reduce risk and improve response time, but no maintenance plan can guarantee that a website will never experience issues.
  • Websites may still be affected by hosting providers, plugin vendors, third-party systems, traffic spikes, cyberattacks, external access or changes made by other parties.

Exclusions

  • Unless specifically included or quoted separately, DorksCare does not include: new website features, website redesign, content restructuring, full page redesign or rebuild, custom development, extensive troubleshooting, remediation or investigation exceeding the available maintenance credits, malware cleanup, hosting migration, major plugin replacement, reconfiguration or redevelopment, third-party system fixes, formal VAPT, code reviews, forensic investigation, server-level security audits, paid vulnerability-scanning subscriptions, paid plugin subscriptions, cloudflare subscription fees, issues caused by hosting providers, plugin vendors, third-party platforms, external access or changes made by other parties.
  • The above items may require a separate quotation.

Do you offer uptime monitoring?

Yes. Uptime monitoring is included under Premium / Proactive Maintenance arrangements.

The monitoring tool checks whether the website is down or inaccessible and routes alerts to our support team for review.

Is after-hours website support included?

After-hours support options are available for urgent and critical issues under Premium / Proactive Maintenance arrangements.

Do your website maintenance packages include SEO?

Our website maintenance plans may include basic SEO hygiene tasks such as meta title edits, meta description edits, image alt text edits, sitemap XML creation and basic checks to help ensure search engines can index your website.

Full SEO strategy, keyword research, content writing, backlink building, recurring technical SEO audits and ongoing SEO campaigns are not included unless quoted separately.

Do your website maintenance plans include VAPT?

No. Basic website security checks are not equivalent to formal Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing.

VAPT, code reviews, forensic investigations, malware remediation and server-level security audits can be quoted separately where required.

Do you support websites outside Singapore?

Yes. Webdorks is based in Singapore and supports businesses across APAC.

Depending on the website setup and requirements, our team can provide remote website maintenance, WordPress support, uptime monitoring, troubleshooting and customised corporate support arrangements.

How much do website maintenance services cost?

Our Standard Maintenance plans start from SGD 680/year for websites built by Webdorks and SGD 1,440/year for takeover or non-Webdorks websites.

Premium / Proactive Maintenance is charged at SGD 180/hour for websites built by Webdorks and SGD 200/hour for takeover or non-Webdorks websites.

Custom corporate website maintenance arrangements are quoted based on the required scope, maintenance credits and support expectations.
