- No Warranty on Pre-Existing ConditionsThe Company shall not be responsible for any defects, errors, vulnerabilities, or performance issues arising from the website’s prior development, configuration, hosting environment, or third-party components existing before the commencement of any maintenance or support services.
- Limitation of ScopeAny maintenance or support provided is limited to the scope expressly agreed in writing. The Company does not guarantee compatibility with all plugins, themes, integrations, or future third-party updates, and any work outside the agreed scope shall be subject to separate quotation and approval.
- Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or downtime arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or related services.

Validity of credit period will start upon agreed month.
